Specifications include, but are not limited to: Contractor agrees to provide to Department of California Highway Patrol (CHP), Cadet Hiring and Recruitment Section (CHRS) the services described herein: furnish all supplies, materials, tools, equipment, labor, personnel, and supervision; pay all taxes, insurance, bonds, license and permit fees, and all other direct and indirect costs necessary to provide Pre-Employment Background Investigation and Verification Services in accordance with the terms set forth in this Agreement. CHP estimates up to six hundred and ten (610) preemployment background investigations and verifications may be needed per year throughout the term of this Agreement. The CHP makes no guarantee as to the minimum or maximum number of preemployment background investigations requested from the Contractor.
