Specifications include, but are not limited to: Contractor shall price the project in its entirety, dry sprinkler system project must meet Life Safety and NFPA codes. The project shall also include the following: • Provide materials for entirety of project. • Provide permits required for project. • Submit design/paperwork to State of Wisconsin for approval. • Provide freight, field install, labor, fabrication, and design of the system. • New hydraulic design information sign to be posted upon completion. • Design implementation to meet the current codes with adequate buffer for fluctuations in city water pressure. • Hydrostatic testing to be included if any new piping is installed. • The existing overhead sprinkler system will be returned to service at the end of each work day.
