Specifications include, but are not limited to: Printing Business Cards for the Office of the State Public Defender (OSPD); Ink: See Bid Document Ink Section for both Thermography and Digital; Paper: See Bid Document Paper Section for both Thermography and Digital; Finishing: Trim to Size; Packaging: 100 cards – band and use cardboard mailer; 250 cards – band and use cardboard mailer; 500 cards – boxed; Artwork: The Office of the State Public Defender will provide artwork or use awarded vendor's website; whichever agreed upon between The Office of the State Public Defender and the awarded vendor. All printed matter must be firmly packed in cartons to protect against jamming and shifting, spoilage, loss, or damage during delivery. Each order must be packed separately. When specified, cartons must be delivered on skids or pallets. Packaging materials, including cartons, skids, and pallets, must be furnished by the contractor.
