Specifications include, but are not limited to: The University wishes to contract with a consultant to conduct Facility Condition Assessments (FCAs) of approximately 200 facilities (approximately 15.3 million Square Feet) containing a wide range of facilities on the diverse main campus of the University of Wisconsin - Madison. The assessments will evaluate the Remaining Service Life (RSL) or Equivalent Condition Rating (ECR) of entire buildings, systems, sub-systems and/or components as identified in Appendix 1. Each item evaluated will also require a replacement cost estimate. Additionally, a replacement cost estimate for the entire building will also be required. This Request for Proposal (RFP) will consider bidder’s recommendations for additions/subtractions to the list identified in Appendix 1.
