All correspondence must be made through the Vendor Portal. Specifications include, but are not limited to: 4.1 Support and repair for all of MTS facilities and sites electrical systems. 4.2 Repairs shall include troubleshooting, diagnosis, replacement, repair, installation or servicing of all electrical equipment and computerized components as required. All work shall be completed in every aspect and all items required shall be provided for a fully operational system ready for use. 4.3 The Contractor shall be responsible for ensuring compliance with all requirements. All work performed under the contract shall be guaranteed for a period of one (1) year from the date of final acceptance of the work. During the period of the guarantee, the Contractor shall replace or repair at their own expense every piece of equipment, material or work that is defective. The repair or replacement work shall be done as soon as the Contractor is notified. The Contractor shall also repair all damage to the surrounding work caused by the failure, repair or replacement of defective equipment, material, or work.
