Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Department of California Highway Patrol (CHP) is soliciting bids from firms that are able to provide Parking Lot Repair. Seal and Stripe Services. Work shall be performed on weekends, evenings and/or holiday weekends. Office is open for business on weekdays, Monday through Friday, 8:00 – 5:00, unless other arrangements are approved by the CHP on-site contact. The California Highway Patrol is in need of parking lot repair, seal and stripe at the Coalinga Area office, located at 540 South Orchard Avenue, Coalinga, CA 95482. The work under this Scope of Work (SOW) is under the jurisdiction of the California Highway Patrol (CHP), who will execute the contract documents, coordinate with the Contractor as necessary, and conduct inspections to ensure the work is being done in strict accordance with the SOW. No deviations from this SOW will be permitted without concurrence and subsequent authorization from the CHP Facilities Coordinator. Contractor shall apply two (2) or more coats of asphalt seal covering on all asphalt surfaces after having completed all asphalt repairs as indicated on the plans or indicated at the job walk. Fill all cracks over ¼” wide with pre-approved rubberized crack filler. Work includes replacement and reinstallation of broken concrete bumpers: realign and pre-drill loose bumpers; repaint existing painted curbs and restripe all spaces and lines
