Specifications include, but are not limited to: The University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire, hereinafter referred to as the “University”, through its Office of Procurement and Strategic Sourcing, hereinafter referred to as “Procurement”, on behalf of the Department of Music, hereinafter referred to as “Department”, requests bids for the purchase and installation of new a Grand Piano and a new Baby Grand Piano, and the move of existing baby grand pianos. Delivery shall be made to the University Monday through Friday, during normal University business hours. Bidder must also provide cost to move and re-install four (4) existing baby grand pianos, which must be relocated to accommodate the two new pianos.
