Specifications include, but are not limited to: Contractor shall provide all required testing and certifications of the fuel storage tank monitoring systems, vapor recovery systems, and product lines, or any other fueling components as required by the regulations mandated by Federal, State, Health, and Safety Code and each local agency i.e., County, City, and Air Pollution Control District. Contractor shall schedule required testing with each local agency and the individual CHP Area’s Auto Technician. Contractor shall provide a copy of the results to the CHP Area Facility, the Facilities Section Coordinator (FSC) in Sacramento and all local permitting agencies. CHP area representative from each office shall be notified of schedule testing within two (2) weeks of test date. Check with CHP area representative to verify the fuel level in the tank to see if test can be performed. If Contractor arrives to perform testing without confirmation from the CHP area representative and testing could not be completed due to fuel level the CHP will not be held responsible for the costs incurred by the Contractor.
