Specifications include, but are not limited to: FSET is an employment and training program designed to provide FoodShare recipients with free assistance and support necessary to obtain competitive employment. FSET also provides one (1) option by which Able-Bodied Adults Without Dependents (ABAWD) may meet the work requirement necessary to maintain eligibility for FoodShare. The program strives to identify the strengths, needs, and preferences of job seekers and offers individualized services to improve job-seeking skills and increase employment opportunities. Program components include but not limited to supervised job search, work experience, workfare, education and vocational training, self-employment training, case management, job search training and job retention.
