Specifications include, but are not limited to: Proposers are being sought to conduct a survey of between 1,100 and 2,000 respondents over the course of 2023. The survey respondents will be divided equally by the City of Milwaukee’s seven (7) police districts. Traditional demographic details such as race, ethnicity, gender, LGBTQIA orientation, age, and other data will be included as part of the survey. All individuals surveyed will remain anonymous. The proposer should include a response to the following statements below. These expectations will be strongly considered but will neither qualify or disqualify any proposal from RFP consideration. The RFP review Committee will consider all elements of proposals upon making a decision: • Organization has previously worked with the City of Milwaukee on other initiatives • Proposal highlights an effort to reach communities most impacted by policing policy • Organization has a history or prior experience conducting surveys • Organization has outlined a clear and specific survey process
