Specifications include, but are not limited to: Waukesha County (the County) is seeking proposals from qualified roofing firms to provide roof repair and maintenance services on an “as needed” basis. The Firm shall have experienced installers who specialize in repairing and maintaining the roof systems listed. While this agreement will be primarily for repair services, there may be small dollar installation projects. As such, Contractor must have staff that are authorized or licensed by roofing system manufacturers to install their product and are eligible to receive a roofing manufacturer’s full system warranty up to and including 20-yr no dollar limit (NDL) for all of the following roofing systems: Asphalt Built Up DECRA (Stone Coated Steel) EPDM/Membrane Ersystem (elastometeric) IB (Flat roof) Shingle Steel and aluminum Thermo Plastic Polyefin (TPO)
