Specifications include, but are not limited to: The State of Wisconsin (State), Department of Administration (DOA), Consolidated Agency Purchasing Services (CAPS), on behalf of the Wisconsin State Fair Park (WSFP) requests Bids for the purchase and installation of Flex Face Signage located at the fairgrounds in West Allis, Wisconsin and intends to use the results of this Bid to award a Contract, Multiple awards may be made for use on future sign orders. This Request for Bid (RFB) will be for replacement Flex Face Signage to be completed and installed no later than Wednesday, June 28, 2023. The Flex Face Signage costs must include printing, installation and removal/disposal of 2022 signage. • A total of two (2) signs are required that the same image on each side of the sign. The Sponsor sign is located on I-91 North of WSFP fairgrounds. One Sign will face I-94 East and the other I-94 West within in the same signage frame. • Each sign is reproduced with one (1) image on one (1) side. • Size unframed is 339.75" W x 101.9375" H and Visual Opening is 333.75" W x 95.9375" H. • A 3" bleed must be on each of the four (4) sides of the sign. • Signage is backlit internally. • Installation needs to fit exactly and correctly into existing frame. • WSFP will not be responsible for any signs damaged during installation. • Mandatory Site Visit will allow the Bidder to assess conditions on site to confirm dimensions and mounting method needed.
