Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Kenosha, Wisconsin, will receive proposals for the removal and disposal of Asbestos Containing Material and Universal Waste, the razing of the structure(s), and the restoration of the lot(s) Environmental Inspection Reports indicating the description, location and quantity of Category I, Category II, Regulated Asbestos Containing Material (RACM), and Universal Waste to be removed and disposed of are attached. The Proposer shall be certified by the Wisconsin Department of Health Services to perform asbestos removal and disposal or shall be required to subcontract with an entity certified by the Wisconsin Department of Health Services to perform asbestos removal and disposal. Proof of certification shall be provided to the City. The Proposer shall file all reports regarding asbestos removal and disposal required by Federal and State law, rules and regulations. All Category I, Category II, Regulated Asbestos Containing Material (RACM), and Universal Waste shall be removed prior to razing the structure(s). 1. Remove and dispose of all Category I, Category II and RACM materials (including vermiculite at 1603 60th Street and 6344 26th Avenue) and Universal Wastes listed in the Pre-Demolition Inspection Reports dated January 2022 and February 2023 2. ANY EXTERIOR WINDOWS OR DOORS THAT ARE REMOVED DURING THE ABATEMENT MUST BE BOARDED 3. Raze and remove all debris from structures and parcels, including any footings, basement walls and floors 4. Raze and remove shed at 1603 60th Street 5. Remove private concrete pavement and walkways surrounding buildings 6. Remove concrete and wooden porches and stairs surrounding buildings 7. Remove and replace any sidewalks and curbing marked by City 8. Remove concrete driveway approaches and replace approaches with concrete curb and gutter 9. Remove paved driveways at 1603 60th Street, 6344 26th Avenue and 6014 16th Avenue.
