Since there is general public acceptance and trust placed in documents issued by State governments, it is also incumbent upon the DMV to ensure the highest level of security, integrity and efficiency is applied, thereby affording their constituents the security and safety of a trusted DMV credential, while mitigating the risk that may be caused by the compromise of secure Delaware government identification. The DMV is seeking a partner who demonstrates a high level of practical experience in a DMV environment. This includes the integration of various technologies used in the fulfillment of identification such as FDR and biometrics. The proposers must possess secure credentialing expertise.
