Specifications include, but are not limited to: Proposers are to provide a detailed proposal that demonstrates an understanding of the Scope of Work and the capacity to meet the requirements. The proposal must respond, in order, to each of the following: A. Housing. Proposer shall include the total number of available dormitory style rooms and capacity of each room and proximity to the Greater Milwaukee area. Additional details provided shall include the following: key or keycard access, air conditioning, access to bathrooms, access to showers, linens/bath towels, staff to coordinate check in/out of rooms, housekeeping/cleaning both during and following contract period. B. Parking. Proposer shall identify the amount of available parking space for both passenger cars and larger vehicles, including buses. C. Food Service. Proposer shall identify if food service is available from an onsite food service provider, and whether the City would be required to negotiate and/or enter into a separate contract with the food vendor.
