Building construction has a poured concrete foundation and floor slab, masonry walls, wood roof trusses with metal shingles. Interior finishes are painted CMU and porcelean tile floor finish with associated plumbing, Ventilation and Electrical. Site preparation with demolition and new utilities and site development is included.
