Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. The California Highway Patrol (CHP) is in need of a new automatic roll up door and installation of same at its Grapevine Commercial Vehicle Enforcement Facility (CVEF). The Contractor agrees to provide the services described herein: furnish all supplies, materials, tools, equipment, labor, personnel, and supervision; pay all taxes, insurance, bonds, license and permit fees, and all other direct and indirect costs necessary in accordance with the terms set forth in this Agreement. Contractor shall check-in with the CHP on-site contact person or designee upon arrival and check out upon completion. A. License Requirement: C-61/D-28 (Doors, Gates and Activating Devices), and Local County/City Business License. B. Contractor shall provide a Certificate of Insurance in accordance with the Insurance Requirements found in this Agreement (Exhibit E).
