Specifications include, but are not limited to: Contract A-01 is to demolish existing building per construction documents, and provide backfill, grading, and seeding of final grade for building site per the civil drawings. This contractor to provide mechanical, electrical, and plumbing trades to cut and cap the electrical, domestic water, waste water, and mechanical services currently serving the building and/or tied into the portion of the building shown to remain with the assistance of the Delaware State University Facilities group. This contract is to provide all shoring and structural support as outlined in the construction documents. Contract scope of work to include the Masonry infill and associated damp proofing at the location shown to infill.
