Specifications include, but are not limited to: Brown County Public Health is actively prioritizing combatting the opioid and fentanyl crisis in Brown County. A part of that strategy is to first complete an assessment of the current impact opioids are having in our county. This includes understanding resources that are currently available as well as any gaps that are identified in opioid-related supports. The overarching goal of this proposal is to utilize recommendations from the assessment to inform community strategies. An additional goal is to understand systems currently working in Brown County to support the overdoserelated prevention, response, and recovery efforts in our community, minimizing duplication and aligning efforts whenever possible. Implementation of overdose-related strategies will then contribute to a reduction in the impact of opioids and fentanyl in Brown County.
