Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1) Collaborative Effort: The website will be developed through the cooperation of the County and the vendor and facilitated under the supervision of the County IT Project Management Office (PMO). 2) Design and features: Solution must feature responsive design, intuitive user experience and seamless integration with 3rd party solutions and should support long-term website strategy to ensure that customer needs are being met upon completion and well into the future. 3) Content Management: Solution must have a robust Content Management System (CMS) architecture that allows ease of content management (mobile or web access), as well as content delivery, and its integration with back-end content repositories. 4) Analytics: Optimized customer service experience while capitalizing on SEO. 5) Hosting Options: Vendor will offer options for hosting, support and maintenance. The County’s preference is for a hosted solution.
