Specifications include, but are not limited to: OSCCE pursues the collection of court-ordered financial assessments through a variety of State and private sector sanctions to ensure the enforcement of Judicial Branch orders. These orders may include, but are not limited to, restitution, statutory surcharges, fines and court costs. OSCCE currently accepts payments for the following financial assessments: Justice of the Peace Court – All criminal and traffic cases Court of Common Pleas – All criminal cases Family Court – All criminal cases Superior Court – All criminal cases Office of State Court Collections Enforcement - Criminal cases transferred to OSCCE for collections from various Judicial agencies Department of Correction – Supervision and Interstate Compact fees Division of Child Support Services – Monthly child support payments and Court ordered purge payments Future implementations may include, but are not limited to, other Judicial Branch offices, Division of Motor Vehicles and Health & Social Services agencies. OSCCE desires to implement electronic payment kiosks to expand the ability to accept payments for various Judicial and Executive Branch agencies. These kiosks will increase the accessibility of payment locations for the public, without the need for increased Judicial Branch resources. OSCCE desires to have a total of nine (9) automated payment kiosks installed at the locations listed in Section I. At the nine (9) locations listed in Section I, OSCCE expects a total of approximately 500 hundred (500) transactions, totaling approximately fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) per month in activity at the time of initial implementation. OSCCE and the Delaware Judicial Branch do not guarantee a minimum number of monthly transactions. This RFP will result in a single contract with one Vendor to operate twenty (20) kiosks. In addition to the nine (9) locations listed in Section I, Vendor should have the capacity to be able to provide kiosks at up to eleven (11) additional locations selected by the Judicial Branch. Vendor should have the capacity to handle up to one thousand (1,000) transactions per month, totaling approximately one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) per month in activity in the event of full implementation of twenty (20) kiosks. OSCCE and the Delaware Judicial Branch do not guarantee that additional kiosks will be installed and do not guarantee a minimum number of transactions.
