Specifications include, but are not limited to: Exterior & interior window washing for University of Wisconsin-Green Bay buildings listed on the attached Itemized Bid List. Unless noted, bids do not include ground and below grade level building windows. Bid does not include the "tunnel windows" between buildings. Work must be completed on Line Items 1-15 between April 17th and May 5th of each year (first washing). A complete secondary washing of the Cofrin Library exterior windows must be completed between August 14th and September 1st (entire building except for entrances; including bird nest removal and spider spray) and the Kress Event Center (entire building except for entrances; including spider spray). Washing of the windows in the Union (Line Item 16-26) must be completed between April 17th and May 5th. A second cleaning of the University Union windows is required to take place between August 14th and September 1st. There are no exceptions to these deadlines. Failure to adhere to these timeframes could result in contract cancellation and removal from the bidders list for future window washing bids.
