The concrete cap shall be inspected and any cracks sealed. Clean, repair, recoat and caulk existing steel tension band and light mounting plate. Recoat cleanout door and door frame. Place new heat-resistant insulation to fill existing gaps at breeching inlet. Check mechanical continuity of air leads down through lightning protection to ground. Apply Siloxane Water Proofing to the exterior masonry after repairs are finished. Inspect chimney interior per specification.
