Specifications include, but are not limited to: Specifically, the contractor will be expected to: • Develop an online module-based EMR and EMT Basic curriculum, that students can access asynchronously, and that meets Wisconsin EMS Section training requirements. The curriculum should be designed to allow students to proceed at their own pace to complete the EMR modules, and if they wish, to continue on to the EMT Basic modules or if currently an EMR, complete the EMT module. • Develop a mobile hands-on skills training curriculum for EMRs and EMTs, that meets Wisconsin EMS Section training requirements. “Mobile” meaning that it can be transported and set up in suitable spaces around the state (school gymnasiums, fire/EMS stations, community rooms, etc.). • Provide the necessary supplies, equipment, and transportation to conduct hands on skills training, including securing training sites.
