Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Green Bay Area Public School District (the District) is interested in entering into a professional services contract with two consulting firms for work on various district wide asbestos and lead service projects. The selected consultants for this contract will be expected to perform services related to asbestos and lead inspection and physical assessment, and abatement services. The District renovates facilities as part of routine business. When renovation and/or demolition work is planned, asbestos and lead inspections and removals are initiated. The District is seeking to negotiate and enter into five-year service agreement contracts (base year, plus 4 one-year renewals) with two asbestos and lead service contractors. 1. Identifying each specific site. 2. Defining a level of effort (work order/scope of work), i.e., inspection only, or removal only, or inspection and removal. 3. Notifying the contractor and requesting the submittal of a proposal to the Procurement Office. 4. Reviewing the proposal, and if acceptable, providing authorization to the contractor to perform the work. Asbestos and Lead Services The Contractor shall provide licensed and qualified services for asbestos and lead abatement to include inspection, sampling and documentation, notification and record keeping, removal, air monitoring, disposal, air clearance and issuance of a certification of completion following site activities.
