Specifications include, but are not limited to: The University of Wisconsin-Madison, hereinafter referred to as the “University”, through its Purchasing Services Department, hereinafter referred to as “Purchasing”, on behalf of WIDA, a state agency that is part of the Wisconsin Center for Education Research hereinafter referred to as “WIDA” is requesting proposals for the purchase of an online platform for an English Language proficiency assessment for Grades 1-12 (hereafter “MODEL Online”), production and distribution of “MODEL Paper” and “WIDA Screener Paper” assessments, potential field testing services, and ongoing Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for the online testing platform. Please note that this RFP is NOT soliciting proposals for any part of the ACCESS for ELLs program.
