Specifications include, but are not limited to: DPBHS is seek a successful bidder(s) to partner with early learning centers and the families they serve in the zip codes listed above with the highest rates of child abuse/neglect. Service components of this project include: meeting with early learning center directors and/or teachers to disseminate information about existing DPBHS prevention resources and gather information about what supports and services are needed by families served by the center, conduct surveys and/or focus groups of families receiving services from these centers to gather information about what supports and services they need and facilitate the evidence-based programs described below for children and caregivers served by the centers
