Specifications include, but are not limited to: This project involves the development of activities in every detail and every aspect whether specified or not, all removals, subgrade preparation, asphalt and concrete paving, utilities services, masonry, structural steel, earthwork, finishes and additional work as detailed in the contract drawings and specifications required for the construction of the Vel R. Phillips Plaza and the core and shell building. This work involves, but is not limited to, the following: 1. Erosion and sediment control 2. Site demolition 3. Soil preparation 4. Asphalt paving 5. Permeable paving 6. Concrete paving 7. Concrete reinforcing 8. Structural steel 9. Electrical service 10. Water utility piping 11. Sanitary sewerage piping 12. Storm sewer piping 13. Landscaping including turf, plants, grasses, etc. 14. Plumbing, fire suppression, HVAC 15. Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) stop and shelter 16. Openings and finishes 17. Traffic control 18.
