Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Madison Metropolitan School District, Food & Nutrition, requests bids for the Summer Produce; All goods and/or services must be delivered to and accepted by Madison Metropolitan School District prior to any payment being made. The District shall be invoiced at the time of delivery. All packaged produce must be in ready-to-eat condition in terms of ripeness and cleanliness. Ready-to-eat condition will be at the sole discretion of MMSD Food & Nutrition. The Distributor will make every effort to accommodate additional products as requested by MMSD, in which case MMSD and the Distributor will agree upon per case pricing for additional items prior to delivery. Deliveries will be made up to five (5) days per week, Monday through Friday. Deliveries shall be made between 5:00am – 7:00am.
