Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of West Bend (City) is requesting proposals for engineering planning, design, construction management, and inspection services for the MAPLEWYNDE ROAD, BUTTERNUT STREET, AND HAWTHORN DRIVE RECONSTRUCTION PROJECTS. The proposed projects include the reconstruction of MAPLEWYNDE ROAD (including sanitary sewer, storm sewer and water main) from Eder Lane to Sylvan Way, the reconstruction of BUTTERNUT STREET (including sanitary sewer, storm sewer and water main) from Main Street to Eder Lane, and the reconstruction of HAWTHORN DRIVE (including sanitary sewer, storm sewer and water main) from 7th Avenue to 5th Avenue. The selected Consultant for each project is expected to complete all work efforts necessary to facilitate design, regulatory agency approval, bidding, construction management, and inspection services for the proposed project improvements as described herein.
