Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of West Bend (City) is requesting proposals for engineering planning, design, construction management, and inspection services for the SAND DRIVE EXPANSION project. The proposed project consists of the expansion of Sand Drive (including sanitary sewer, storm sewer and water main extensions) from Decorah Road to Eastern Avenue. The selected Consultant is expected to complete all work efforts necessary to facilitate design, regulatory agency approval, bidding, construction management, and inspection services for the proposed project improvements; New sanitary sewer facilities will need to be installed within the project limits following the City’s design guidelines for sanitary sewer infrastructure. The selected Consultant shall prepare a design report/memo outlining the new sanitary sewer design & service area.
