Specifications include, but are not limited to: a.Under the general direction of the Zoo, the Vendor will provide high quality entrancephotography. This operation has a minimum of one location and the possibility ofadditional locations based on the annual special exhibit and utilization of second entry.b.The contract for high quality entrance photography will be a revenue share agreement,with the Zooto receive a minimum of thirty-five percent (35%) of gross revenue.“Gross revenue” shall be defined as the total of all receipts (cash, checks, credit cards)derived from all sales, less sales tax. Vendor will be responsible for paying sales tax andcredit card fees. Vendor shall remit payment no later than the 15th of the month for theprior month’s sales. Reporting to the Zoo must include daily sales quantities and values.Any discounted services not requested in writing by the Zoo are to be paid to the Zoo atfull retail value.c.All pricing and proposed products are to be mutually agreed upon by the Zoo and theVendor.
