Specifications include, but are not limited to: a.Under direction of the Zoo, the Vendor will provide high quality face painting, caricature,and tattoo services. This operation has a minimum of three locations throughout the Zoo.The contract for these services will be a revenue share agreement, with the Zoo to receivea minimum of thirty-five percent (35%) of gross revenue. “Gross revenue” shall bedefined as the total of all receipts (cash, checks, credit cards) derived from all sales, lesssales tax. Vendor will be responsible for paying sales tax and credit card fees. Vendorshall remit payment no later than the 15th of the month for the prior month’s sales.Reporting to the Zoo must include daily sales quantities and values. Any discountedservices not requested in writing by the Zoo are to be paid to the Zoo at full retail value.b.The Vendor will provide the Zoo with a four (4) hour and eight (8) hour inclusive pricepoint for the Zoo to include their operation into private group sales events and specialevents.c.All pricing and proposed products are to be mutually agreed upon by the Zoo and theVendor.
