Specifications include, but are not limited to: Pavement maintenance, a new parking and drive area, and a new ticket booth located at 1331 Packerland Drive in the City of Green Bay. The stadium improvements will include the construction of a new ticket booth entry into the stadium. As well as replacing the existing paved walkways to the stadium and then the paved surface around the backside of the bleacher stands, as well as add a new sidewalk from Sorrento Drive through the existing chainlink fence gates to the Southwest High School Track. A gate will be added in the fence behind the bleachers. New parking lots and drive to the tennis courts and ticket booth area. Curb and gutter. Sidewalk connectivity. Stormwater management and underground utilities. Electrical wiring and lighting for the sidewalk. New sidewalk along building to the proposed baseball facility. Restoration will occur in all areas of construction. The project is being built in one phase.
