Specifications include, but are not limited to: The overall project is to professionally clean University apartments and residence hall rooms; 1. KITCHEN o Self-Cleaning Oven ▪ Clean out white residue left from self-cleaning process with waterdampened cloth. ▪ When clean, spray entire oven with vinegar & water and wipe off with clean damp cloth. ▪ Scrub racks with steel wool and wipe with a damp cloth. ▪ Spray top and bottom of racks with vinegar & water and wipe clean with damp cloth. ▪ Be sure to clean under the rim of the oven door and the area on the door outside of the oven gasket on the door. Avoid contact with the oven door gasket. ▪ Replace racks in oven. ▪ Clean inside of drawer under oven. ▪ Wipe off front of drawer and handle. ▪ Tin foil in bottom. ▪ Clean outside of oven door and door handle with Mr. Clean. o Stove ▪ Shut off breaker. ▪ Clean all exterior surfaces with Mr. Clean. Use Orange Clean for greasy surfaces. ▪ Remove knobs from stovetop to aid in cleaning. Clean control panel with damp cloth. Do not spray cleaner on the controls after knobs have been removed. ▪ Clean knobs and replace. ▪ Remove heating elements gently and remove drip pans. Discard foil. ▪ Clean drip pans with Orange Clean use Easy-Off on stubborn areas of drip pans. ▪ Clean area under drip pans. Some stove models you will be able to lift the top surface up.
