The U.S. Government through the Seattle District, Corps of Engineers is seeking a land lease for a term not to exceed FIVE years with Government termination rights for approximately 900 Gross Square Feet of land within the required location expressed as the Delineated Area set forth below.
Minimum requirements include: 24-hour unrestricted access to Leased Land; Availability of all communications infrastructure for to include DSL, T1 or a satellite dish;
Delineated area: Sandpoint, Idaho.
Interested respondents may include building owners and representatives with the exclusive right to represent building owners. Representatives of building owners must include the exclusivity granting the exclusive right to represent the building owner with their response to this advertisement.
