Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Village of Bellevue is seeking a professional planning team to assist in testing and exploring the development opportunities along the Huron Road (County Highway EA) corridor. Huron Road (County EA) is a multi-jurisdictional arterial located at the east side of the Green Bay Metropolitan area. Significant investment in road infrastructure has taken place over the past decade plus to substantially complete the Eastern Arterial from the Huron Road (County Highway EA)/Highway 54/57 interchange north in the City of Green Bay, to Kewaunee Road (State Highway 29) in the Village of Bellevue. One segment remains to be completed from Kewaunee Road (State Highway 29) to the County Highway MM/Interstate 43 interchange in the Town of Ledgeview. Upon completion, this will provide a bypass alternative to Interstate 43 from the County Highway MM/Interstate 43 interchange and the Huron Road (County Highway EA)/Highway 54/57 interchange.
