Specifications include, but are not limited to: GIS Data Capture Contractor shall visit each catch basin falling along a County highway as part of the initial data collection and inspection as listed below. Catch basin point features shall be captured using a GPS survey-grade collector and related GIS software, such as ESRI Field Maps or QuickCapture. Survey/location data shall be referenced in Wisconsin County Coordinates, Waukesha County, NAD83 (2011) in US survey feet. Elevations shall be referenced to NAVD 88 (2012) using the WISCORS GEOID 12A in US survey feet. Spatial accuracy must not exceed +/- 6 cm from actual location. Data collection shall include populating data fields for the following list of attributes: Catch Basin ID (String) Elevation at Grate (Number) Size (Domain List of Values) Final Discharge from Structure (Y/N) Catch Basin Label (Domain List of Values) Basin Material (Domain List of Values) Catch Basin Condition (Domain List of Values) Pipe Material (Domain List of Values) Pipe Measurements (Inlet Diameter, Outlet Diameter) Required Maintenance/Problems (Domain List of Values) Catch Basin Grate Type (Domain List of Values) Sediment Buildup Depth (Domain List of Range Values) Description of Flow (Domain List of Values) Street Name/Structure Location (String) Outlet Submerged (Y/N) Weather Conditions (String) Sample of Screenings Collected (Y/N) Comments (String)
