Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. DD Courses (6-4 day workshops) will provide up to 300 educators with instructional practices to support them in meeting students’ needs, build community and relationships, teach routines and structure transitions, use language that fosters reflection and intrinsic motivation, respond to behavior in ways that promote development of self-control and responsible independence, and design and deliver engaging instruction. DD practices are the core classroom practices within the PBIS framework, and the foundational practices in the Behavior Education Plan. F 2. Facilitators training. Origins will provide training for 4 MMSD Developmental Designs Facilitators Spring of 2024. This training will aid facilitators in training MMSD staff. 3. One virtual DD Course Summer of 2023
