Specifications include, but are not limited to: Task 1 Pre-Design A. Septage Receiving Station Project - DesignServices 1. Set up visits to see septage receiving stations in operation. (Plan 3 days) 2. Prepare an Engineering Report as required according to NR 110.15. The engineering report will include but not be limited to the following, as applicable: a. A brief description of the project and the need for improvements. Items to be included: • Septage Receiving station types. • Septage Receiving Station location. • 4 connections minimum to the receiving station. • Rock trap • Mechanical Screening • Storage tank and pumps • Piping changes needed to take septage to head of the plant. • Control Panel and plc to run the system. • Structure to house equipment and controls • Software and card reader connected to City Network for billing. b. Preliminary layouts of the recommended alternative. c. Preliminary design construction cost estimate for the selected alternative, including structural, mechanical, electrical, and I&C modifications to the plant’s existing infrastructure. Task 2 Permitting Consultant is responsible to complete and submit the appropriate applications for the required permits including Department of Natural Resources approval permits. The City will pay the fees for all permits. The applications must be submitted to the City for online approval or with the necessary number of copies for signature and mailing envelopes unless required by the DNR to complete on line. • Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources Notice of Intent, NR 216 Storm water and Chapter 30 as required. • City of Oconomowoc Erosion Control. • All other local, State and Federal permits as required.
