Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Wauwatosa is seeking proposals from qualified landscape contractors to maintain native prairie, shrub thicket, and mesic forest vegetation at Hart park located at 7300 Chestnut Street, Wauwatosa, WI 53213 and Hartung Park located at 3266 North Menomonee River Pkwy, Wauwatosa, WI 53222 for five (5) growing seasons. In total there is approximately nine acres of native area to be maintained across both parks. The request for proposal process is intended to provide the City with competitive information to assist in the selection process of a landscape contractor for this project.
