Specifications include, but are not limited to: This contract shall perform all of the work described in these RFB documents including but not limited tothe raising of existing roof curbs and piping to accommodate a roof replacement.Raise existing roof curbs for units AC-2 and AC-3 to accommodate one new layer of 3” insulation, 0.060mil EPDM, and new ballast. Contractor to disconnect mechanical units as required. Electricaldisconnections can be excluded, any electrical work will need to be reviewed and coordinated with City ofMadison and electrical contractor as required.All piping to be raised 3” to accommodate the new insulation. Contractor to disconnect and re-connect piping to all (5) roof units. A total of ~430’ of gas piping is estimated to be connected to the units on the roof. Contractor to include temporary relocation of piping as required. Coordination with Roofing Contractor and building staff required. Include multiple mobilizations to complete work – one to disconnect units and one to reconnect.
