Specifications include, but are not limited to: The College and the College’s Foundation seek to contract for Government Affairs Liaison Services to enhance theCollege’s partnership and their voice in various aspects within the State of Kansas and federal legislative matters aswell as contract acquisitions, as permitted by applicable laws. This strategy will include the establishment of state and federal legislative priorities, communication methodologies, and strategic planning, as well as to facilitate greater knowledge of governmental activities affecting the College and the Foundation. The College is exercising its right to bid these services and encourages any and all qualifying firms to submit a response to this solicitation
