Specifications include, but are not limited to: TIRE SERVICE - Services are defined as follows: Bidders shall show fixed prices for each service for each type of vehicle or equipment as shown on the Bid Form. Bidders shall show prices for roadside service, for vehicle or equipment service at bidders’ facility, and for service at bidders’ facility when wheel has not removed from or remounted on a vehicle or equipment by the bidder (Not on vehicle or equipment). TIRE INSTALLATION - Includes removal of the tire, replacement of the tire, tube, and boot if applicable, replacement of the valve stem, balancing, and remounting of the wheel on the vehicle or equipment. For passenger tires and light trucks, the cost of the valve stem is to be included in the flat rate. For heavy trucks and odd types of stems on equipment, the cost of the stem is to be included. ROAD SERVICE- Any work performed outside of bidder’s facility
