This bid item shall include all work necessary to construct new concrete sidewalk as shown on the plans, including all subgrade compaction efforts.; 6” CONCRETE SIDEWALK. This bid item shall include all work necessary to remove existing residential driveway pavement and construct new 6” concrete sidewalk through driveways.; 8” CONCRETE SIDEWALK. This bid item shall include all work necessary to remove existing commercial driveway/alley approach pavement through the sidewalk area and construct new 8” concrete pavement through these areas.; 6” CONCRETE SIDEWALK RAMP. This bid item shall include all work necessary to construct ADA compliant sidewalk ramps.; COMBINED CURB AND GUTTER, TYPE _*_. This bid item shall include all work necessary to remove and replace the specific type of curb and gutter (* shall be Type I, II, III or IV).; 6” CONCRETE EDGE CURB. This bid item shall include all work necessary to construct an edge curb with the sidewalk.; 7” REINFORCED CONCRETE WITH 2” ASPHALT CAP. This bid item shall include all work necessary to install a concrete base with a 2” asphalt cap.
