Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Project Scope is comprised of replacement of all interior finishes throughout the building to include but not be limited to flooring, wall finishes, door/window and trim along with ceilings. The work shall include leveling of floors as needed, replacement of exterior (personnel and overhead) door weather seals, installation of ATFP blast resistant films on all exterior glazing and replacement/addition of interior signage along with exterior signage. Additionally, the water heater(s) shall be replaced with high efficiency or on-demand units as well as replacement of all HVAC equipment throughout. The project shall also include replacement of the maintenance bay lighting with LED fixtures.
