Specifications include, but are not limited to: The purpose of this Request for Proposal is to obtain sealed proposals for Design and Layout Services. Government Support Services and the Printing and Publishing Section have an ongoing requirement for Design Layout Services to provide support to state agencies. Through this process, the State of Delaware seeks to achieve best-in-class for all classes listed in conjunction with competitive pricing/cost. Government Support Services intends to work in partnership with vendors to improve service levels on a continuous basis, and to redefine demand, thereby eliminating unnecessary expenses. In turn, the Division expects its vendors to strive to reduce their own operating costs and to offer competitive pricing with a high standard of service.
