Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Kenosha Unified School District is looking to potentially implement a quality data analytics platform integrating a variety of student related data. With the encompassing reporting features and dynamic operations to allow both administration and instructional staff the ability to view/edit/present different data in summary and historical forms. The proposed solution must include a web-based user interface that is compatible across multiple platforms including mobile devices. The solution must integrate with KUSD’s student information system (currently Infinite Campus) either directly via an API interface such as One Roster or via scheduled secure file uploads and downloads. The platform must provide for a Single Sign On of users using one of KUSD’s authentication resources. The platform must have the ability to set user security based on role/school/roster and allow administrators to impersonate users for professional development and compliance checking. Preference for built-in analytics profiling and data tracking rather than having to configure any and all calculations and presentation models at the local level. Opportunity for a variety of custom reports and dashboards are preferred. Full list of items for consideration are located on the attached “Vendor Requirements”. Must include all associated annual costs for deployment for the all students (projections for 2023-24 total 18,887). Any professional learning (either included in base annual price or at additional charge) and associated products should also be provided. The District will negotiate and administer the contract or agreement on behalf of all schools and departments of KUSD and will make any payments due under such an agreement or contract. The requirements, provisions, and terms and conditions included in the RFP document will apply to any contract or agreement awarded as a result of this RFP and is the terms and conditions upon which the District will base negotiations.
