Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Waukesha County Department of Parks and Land Use (hereafter referred to as “PLU” or “County”) is requesting proposals from qualified firms to provide an all-inclusive, recreation-based software solution to provide a variety of functionality for its main office (PLU and Environmental Health divisions), parks, nature center, and ice arenas. A solution that also includes a golf module is desired but not required. The County reserves the right to make an award with or without a golf module. The golf module will not be included in the evaluation of proposals and is not required to be considered responsive to this RFP. The desire is to have a completely integrated system that will handle all the business needs of each division. While having an all-inclusive, out-of-the-box solution is preferred, respondents are strongly encouraged to develop partnerships or sub-contracting relationships to provide all the functionality identified in this RFP and related documents, with one firm being the Prime Contractor.
