Specifications include, but are not limited to: The complete renovation of the three-story, 24,800 sf Wharton Hall Building. The project includes, but is not limited to, foundation underpinning, exterior foundation waterproofing, the replacement of the HVAC entire system, installing fire protection and a sprinkler system, replacement of the entire interior electrical system, structural renovations of the concrete and wood floors, and repair/replace walls, new elevator installation, replacement of interior stairs, replacement of all windows, doors and frames, renovation of doorways and bathrooms. There is a small 400sf vestibule addition and a 750 sf stair tower addition. Exterior renovations include but are not limited to ADA ramps, a basketball half court, and sidewalk replacement.
